Long Term Lease
VTL Suites has apartments available for short and long-term leases for private and corporate clients. Lease periods are quite flexible with the following options:

The lease rates are discounted and are modelled towards usual rent which makes it far cheaper than any short-let rates and requires a bulk payment for the duration of the lease.
Maximum occupancy for one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats are three and five respectively.

Lease Terms
The Leases are entitled to the full use of all the facilities and the necessary services which include the following:
24-HOUR ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
Electricity Supply is a combination of Solar Energy, electricity from a public utility company (Eko Electricity Distribution Company - EKDC), and Backup generators.
Power Supply will be for 24 hours
When Solar Energy is in use, air conditioners and heating equipment will not be powered.
Where there is a prolonged outage of EKDC supply, the generating sets will supply power as follows:
Weekdays: 5 am to 8 am / 7 pm to 2 am
Weekends: 5 am to 8 am / 11 am to 3 pm / 7 pm to 2 am
Each apartment is metered for electricity consumption at a price of N170 per kilowatt of consumption
IN-HOUSE MINI GYM FOR PHYSICAL FITNESS
This is available for residents at no extra cost
WASTE DISPOSAL
There is already an existing agreement with the Lagos State Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) for waste disposal
SECURITY
Security services are provided by a private security company in all our apartment buildings
FURNISHING
Apartments are furnished as described below:
Furnished Living Room with Settee, Air conditioners, Television, Fans, Dining Tables and chairs, etc.
Furnished ensuite bedrooms with Air conditioners, reading tables, Fans, etc.
Furnished Kitchen with Gas Cookers, Fridge, and cooking utensils, etc.
