Check-In Policy

These terms relate to the booking of premium serviced apartments with VTL Suites.

• Fully paid online bookings of accommodation are immediately confirmed by email

• Guests must carry photo ID proof on arrival, for security reasons.

Check-in Time: 1pm-10pm.

Check-out Time: 12 noon.

Booking Confirmation

Apartment availabilities are subject to confirmation of booking. When you book online, we do not guarantee availability until payment is received. To confirm your booking, you will need to make a payment equivalent to one night stay.

VTL Suites makes no refunds for no-shows or early checkouts.

Cancellation Policy

Short stay cancellations must be received by 12 noon, 2 days prior to arrival, in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the cost of one night’s stay.

Internet use

Wi-Fi is available and is free of charge. However, we expect responsible use of this service as we would not be held liable for illegal activities (such as internet fraud), and reserve the right to report illegal activities to the authorities

Parking

Free Parking Car parking is available within the VTL Suites complex. We have personnel on the ground to enable proper parking. Please respect them

Pets

Pets are not allowed in our apartments

Payment Defaults

Access to the apartment will be denied if guests default on payment due after expiration of last deposit

Online Payments

Your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking using a valid credit/debit card. Rates are per apartment and include VAT and service. Accepted Credit Cards include Visa, Mastercard, and Verve Card.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of ₦10,000 is required upon arrival. This will be refunded on or after departure.

Guest Conduct

In consideration of other guests, no loud parties are allowed.

Smoking Policy

Our building maintains a strict no-smoking policy.

Damage to property

Please note that damages to / missing items or excessive clean-up charges are charged at cost.

Additional Services

All additional in-house services would be charged unless it is stated expressly otherwise.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotional discounted rates / room types are non-refundable / non-changeable as stated in the promotion descriptions.

VTL Suites reserves the right to change, modify and adjust the rates with or without prior notice. Promotions and Offers Program are subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the site. We reserve the right to modify or alter any program, offer or promotion at any time.

Privacy Policy

VTL Suites seriously regards the issue of protecting your privacy online. Personal and contact information are used to contact the visitor when necessary and when there is any interesting subject which may relate to the customer's interest.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

VTL Suites does not warrant that errors or omissions may not sometimes occur. VTL Suites disclaims any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever relating to this website and other world wide web links including without limitation, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. VTL Suites will also not be responsible for any damages including without limitation, damages for loss of profits arising in the contract or from your use or inability to use this site.
