VTL Suites comprises Premium Serviced Apartments and offers an unbeatable home away from home experience. Our Apartments are furnished home-suites equipped with full-sized kitchens with ovens, fridges, a full range of cooking utensils, microwaves etc and laundry facilities.

These features, unique to our premium serviced apartments, allow you to cook your own meals, do your own laundry, and relax with plenty of space. The apartments have been conceptualized as a haven for corporate and holiday travellers who may have a short or extended stay and need a home away from home at a fraction of the hotel cost.

Long Term Lease

VTL Suites are available for short and long-term leases for private and corporate clients. Lease periods are from six months and above.

The lease rates are discounted and may require a bulk payment for the duration of the lease. Maximum occupancy for one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats are three and five respectively.

The annual lease for fully furnished ensuite one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats are N4.0 million and N5.5 million respectively.

The Lessees are entitled to the full use of all the facilities and the necessary services which include a gym, DSTV cable TV, water, 24-hour electricity power supply, housekeeping, security and building maintenance.
